Lockwood Schools Car Show - Terms of Service 1. General Information The Lockwood Schools Car Show ("Event") is an organized exhibition of vehicles hosted by Lockwood Schools. By participating, all attendees, vehicle owners, and guests agree to abide by these Terms of Service. 2. Eligibility The Event is open to students, faculty, alumni, and community members. Participants must register their vehicles prior to the Event and comply with all registration requirements. A valid driver’s license and proof of insurance are required for all vehicle exhibitors. 3. Event Rules All vehicles must be in safe, operable condition and free of hazardous materials. Reckless driving, burnouts, excessive engine revving, or any dangerous behavior is strictly prohibited. Alcohol, drugs, and illegal substances are strictly forbidden on school grounds. All participants must respect school property and follow the instructions of event staff and security personnel. 4. Liability and Responsibility Lockwood Schools, its faculty, staff, and volunteers are not responsible for any damage, theft, injury, or loss that may occur before, during, or after the Event. Participants assume full responsibility for any damages they may cause to property, other vehicles, or individuals. By participating, attendees waive any claims against Lockwood Schools regarding liabilities arising from their involvement in the Event. 5. Photography and Media Release By attending, participants consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. Lockwood Schools reserves the right to use event photos and videos for marketing and documentation. 6. Compliance and Removal The Event staff reserves the right to deny participation or remove any individual or vehicle that violates these Terms of Service. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in expulsion from the Event and potential disqualification from future events. 7. Amendments and Updates Lockwood Schools reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time before the Event. By participating in the Lockwood Schools Car Show, all attendees and participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms of Service.
